GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
On the EUNOIA website, we offer you the option to purchase products marked as "Available" on the individual product display page. Furthermore, we provide useful information about products and services available in Croatia and the EU, expert advice on the use and application of some products from our assortment, information on promotions, news in the offer, and similar.
By using the services offered on the EUNOIA LUXURY website, the user accepts these terms. The provisions on data protection, which you can find and read on the Data Protection page, are an integral part of these terms. The terms can be read at any time on these pages; we reserve the right to amend them without prior notice.
The service provider and seller of products and services in the online store on the EUNOIA LUXURY website
For all orders and purchases on the webshop, only the terms listed here apply.
Basic Terms and Obligations
User
The user is any natural or legal person who visits or uses the services of this website. All users are obliged to use the services on this website in accordance with their purpose and these terms, as well as the usual rules of conduct on the internet. During the ordering process and when using other services where data entry is required, the user is obliged to enter accurate data.
Buyer
The buyer and contractual partner of EUNOIA LUXURY as the seller when concluding the purchase agreement in the EUNOIA .HR webshop for individual orders is the person specified by the user in the checkout of the webshop in the "Customer Information" section. A user who purchases for a legal entity or another individual is obliged to have the consent and necessary authorization from that person.
Basic Obligations of the Seller
EUNOIA, as a service provider and seller in the online store, acts and provides services in accordance with these terms and the laws and other regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Formation and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
Prerequisites
The contract is concluded exclusively in the Croatian language.
The maximum order value when paying by cash on delivery is €3,000.
The maximum total weight per individual order is 2,000 kg.
Ordering and Order Confirmation and Payment
After selecting products and saving them in the shopping cart, the user provides the necessary customer information, delivery address, and payment method at the checkout of the webshop. Missing or incorrect entries during this process are marked in red with accompanying error messages. More information about the ordering process and checkout can be found on the Usage Instructions page.
By clicking "Confirm order and payment," the user confirms the order and payment and thereby submits an offer to purchase, i.e., to conclude a purchase agreement with the seller. By confirming the order, the user agrees that, if a purchase agreement is concluded with the seller, they will accept the invoice in electronic form. The user receives confirmation of the receipt of their order from the EUNOIA LUXURY HR webshop via email.

If the user has chosen payment by credit card, they will be redirected to the online payment provider's page "PayWay" after confirming the order.
If the user selected "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method at the checkout, they are obliged to pay the costs of the products and delivery to the delivery service upon receipt of the goods.
If you chose bank transfer, you will receive an offer with a reference number and payment details via email at the customer’s email address after confirming the order. The offer is valid for three days.

After we receive the order and payment confirmation, we begin processing the order and preparing for delivery. If a product cannot be delivered in a timely manner or at all, despite careful planning and organization, the user will be informed and consulted about other options. If they do not agree with the proposed changes or delays, the user may cancel the order entirely before the purchase agreement is concluded.
Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
After successful processing of the order, which is paid in the webshop or by bank transfer, and preparation of the shipment, EUNOIA issues an invoice to the customer and sends it to the user via email. EUNOIA reserves the right to withdraw from concluding the purchase agreement in case of product unavailability or other difficulties, about which they will inform the user.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the invoice is issued. Confirmation of the conclusion of the agreement for orders paid in the EUNOIA.HR webshop or by bank transfer is an email with the attached invoice, which the user can save for their records.
Delivery
If the user has chosen delivery as the method of shipping, the ordered products are delivered to the customer at the address specified when confirming the order. Delivery is also possible to all addresses in EU countries, provided that outside Croatia, the delivery service or specific carrier is paid separately.
If the user has chosen personal pickup at the sales center as the method of delivery, the user is obliged to pick up the ordered products at the EUNOIA warehouse center.
The preparation of products for delivery and the organization of delivery through delivery services or carriers is performed by our logistics business center. Before delivery, the logistics or delivery service sends you 3 SMS messages with notifications about your order.
If you provide a mobile contact number when creating the order, you will receive notifications about the delivery in the form of SMS messages:

Notification: Receipt of data about the shipment from the EUNOIA webshop.

Notification: Receipt of the shipment at the warehouse.

Notification: Loading of the shipment into the delivery vehicle to your home address with a link to information about the expected delivery time depending on the delivery distance.
The driver will contact you 30 minutes before arriving at the delivery address.
If the delivery service or carrier fails to contact the customer and deliver the shipment within a reasonable time due to incorrect contact and address information or for any other reason, and after a minimum of three attempts, the purchase agreement is terminated, and EUNOIA will suspend the delivery and refund the customer the exact amount they paid for the products and delivery for that order.
Products ordered through our webshop are delivered to the driveway or entrance of the residential building. When unloading, access to the entrance must be free; otherwise, unloading is done at the nearest possible point.
The customer is obliged to report any damage incurred during transport and delivery within five days from the date of receipt of the shipment by sending an email with the order number, a brief description, and a photo of the damage to the email address reklamacije@eunoia.hr. We will determine the damage as soon as possible and arrange for a replacement or compensation for the damage.
We reserve the right to make multiple deliveries for individual orders if this is appropriate for logistical or other reasons for the ordered goods, of which we will inform you. Please also note the possibility that some products may be delivered in parts according to the manufacturer's packaging method.
Product delivery is enabled in the continental area of Croatia and covers all addresses accessible to larger and smaller delivery vehicles.
Consumer's Right to Unilateral Termination of the Purchase Agreement
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumer buyers have the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement concluded for products and services from the EUNOIA webshop as follows.
You can unilaterally terminate the agreement within 14 days without stating a reason. To exercise your right to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement, you must inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate before the deadline, by sending an unambiguous statement via email to:

Form for Unilateral Termination of the Agreement
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the agreement were delivered to you or a third party you designated who is not the carrier.
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund you the amount we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement. The refund will be made using the same method you used for payment. If you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not incur any costs regarding the refund. We can only make a refund after we have received the goods back or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back.
Please return the goods by handing them over to us at the EUNOIA logistics center in Croatia.
Please do this without unnecessary delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement.
You are considered to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us or to a service authorized by us before the expiration of the aforementioned deadline.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, except for what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exchange Warranty
Additionally, EUNOIA provides the buyer with a "Replacement Warranty" under which the buyer can exchange incorrectly purchased or excessively purchased products within 15 days of purchase at the EUNOIA logistics center in Croatia upon presenting the invoice. A condition for replacement under this warranty is that the product is returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
The legal rights of the buyer for returns within 14 days, as well as warranty rights regarding damages and defects in purchased products, are, of course, valid in every case.
Warranties
EUNOIA’s low-price guarantee does not apply to products purchased on special sales or promotions.
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the warranty on products as prescribed by law, and the user must submit the invoice with the warranty or the warranty card (if provided) for any warranty claims.
Personal Data Protection
All personal data collected during the use of the EUNOIA webshop are collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the valid legislation on personal data protection and the Data Protection Act.
We will not use your personal data for purposes other than for which you provided them, except in cases where we are obliged to do so by law or if you give us your explicit consent.

All information provided by EUNOIA on this website is for informational purposes only and cannot be considered a binding offer. The sales agreements concluded through the EUNOIA webshop are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms.
