Payment based on a quotation (valid for seven days)
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will pay for the products and shipping costs to our bank account according to the quotation you will receive after confirming your order. We will prepare the goods for delivery after the funds are visible in our account. The quotation is valid for seven days.

Security of Online Payments

After confirming your order at the EUNOIA .HR webshop checkout, you will be redirected to the pages of an external online payment service provider where you will enter your card details and the number of installments.

After confirming the payment through PayWay, the transaction completion, i.e., payment is processed immediately upon your confirmation of payment. The invoice will be issued after processing the order and preparing the products for delivery, which is also the moment the purchase agreement is concluded.

If we are unable to deliver a product, despite careful planning and organization, or for any other reason, the amount we charged up to the point of order cancellation will be refunded in the same manner.
